Does SetuCrest act as the importer or exporter?
SetuCrest provides independent sourcing and business-development support. Contracting, compliance, payment, logistics and shipment responsibilities are agreed by the parties for each transaction.
How does payment work for small and medium orders?
For SetuCrest-managed individual, small and medium orders, 100% payment is required after the client approves the digital product option and before SetuCrest purchases the goods or arranges dispatch. This arrangement is agreed during the initial call and confirmed in the quotation.
How are sourcing and handling costs calculated?
Small, personal and medium orders are quoted as the product cost plus actual shipping and an approximately 8% handling margin. If supplier, packaging or shipping costs change, the revised amount is confirmed before purchase.
Do you send physical samples before payment?
The initial review is conducted online using product information, photos, videos and digital samples. Physical samples can be arranged separately when required, with their cost and delivery charges confirmed before dispatch.
How are small and large shipments handled?
Smaller orders may be packed and dispatched through an authorised international courier. Larger consignments may be coordinated through a third-party exporter or logistics partner, with responsibilities stated in the quotation.
